This will come with only the Metal Plate. The metal plate is to hold Customer Chair cushion and the shocks together. To replace the metal plate, just simply unbolt the four screws and detach the shocks and replace the new metal place the way it was dissembled. This metal plate will not fit the manicure or pedicure stools.
